Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations
Build PoCs to validate complex solution approaches
Partner closely with business and technical leaders to align technology with strategy
Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards
Contribute to technical governance and review boards
Remain hands-on with development when needed (Apex, LWC, configuration)

Required

Deep expertise across Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong technical foundation in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
Experience with integrations (APIs, OAuth, SSO) and Salesforce security architecture
Knowledge of data modeling, migration strategies, and performance optimization
Exposure to enterprise integration tools (e.g., middleware platforms, cloud services)
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, or Autorabit
Background in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally within financial services
