Qualification
Required
Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment
Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field)
Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks
0–5 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of industry best practices
Preferred
Experience in research or diagnostic laboratories preferred
