Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts and pages to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for product adoption
Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
Handle the pace and ambiguity associated with working in a start-up environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with entertainment partners
Industry experience in technology, social media, digital, or entertainment
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work streams and communicate priorities to leadership and stakeholders
Strong operational background, bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency
Experience with data analysis
Experience delivering public presentations to a diverse audience
Fluent in Spanish
