Learning and Development Manager
The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to enhance their instructional design and knowledge management strategies. The role involves collaborating with the team to create engaging training solutions, managing the instructional design team, and providing training support for various bank-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Director of Learning & Development and the Learning & Development Team to design, create, and implement engaging learning and Knowledge Management strategies and continue expanding the “toolbox” of available strategies and templates
Manages the instructional design team, providing ongoing performance feedback, guiding staff development and oversight of deliverables
Coaches in the implementation of practical applications of knowledge management, instructional design, and learning theories
Collaborates in the growth of the Learning & Development Team’s instructional design processes, standards, and models, as well as the equivalents for Knowledge Management
Coaches on how to design and deliver effective training programs to meet the needs of the Bank
Partners with Bank Leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs through root cause and performance gap analyses
Provides training support for Bank-wide initiatives (e.g., continuous improvement, new product release, culture, growth mindset, and regulatory changes), to improve company performance and meet business objectives
Contributes or works on strategic initiatives primarily eLearning and Knowledge Management interventions
Manages the quality of training content, both eLearning and live course materials, to ensure quality of the training prior to launch, and evaluates training initiatives and provides feedback regarding the impact of the initiatives (i.e., reaction, learning, behavior, performance, and/or business results) to determine the effectiveness of initiatives
Facilitates the maintenance of training content and other related materials to ensure accuracy and maintain a professional look & feel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, behavioral science, communications, or similar area of study required
Master's Degree in a related field required
10 years of progressive experience in training program assessment, analysis, design, and delivery of ILT and interactive multimedia eLearning required
Learning Management System experience required
Subject matter expertise in the areas of instructional design, classroom facilitation, detailed job and task analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis and problem solving
Experience in developing and designing training aids and materials and the ability to coach team in the creation of such materials
Advanced photography, video, and voice recording and post-production knowledge and experience
Experience in collaborative/social learning tools including SharePoint and Teams
Creating programs and enabling SCORM/AICC content deployment in a Learning Management System
Ability to coach training staff through the instructional design process (e.g., ADDIE)
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to a wide variety of people and positions within the organization
Proven experience in creating and delivering live and on-line learning solutions and using learning metrics/analytics to measure their impact
Must be proficient in Articulate Storyline (or equivalent tool)
Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers
