InternHargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Project Manager Intern to assist project managers with routine assignments. The role involves supporting project management tasks under direct supervision, including design, calculations, and meeting documentation.

Responsibilities
Familiarity with and utilization of department engineering design and drafting standards
Assisting in developing and/or maintaining Vision personnel plans
Assisting in producing estimate level preliminary designs and material take-offs
Assisting in producing calculations, spreadsheets, reports, drawings, and sketches for various projects
Assisting Project Managers in resolving routine layout and detailing coordination problems
Assisting in recording and publishing meeting notes and Action Item Lists
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master of Science degree program for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering at an accredited university is required
2.7 GPA required
Familiarity with and utilization of department engineering design and drafting standards
Assisting in developing and/or maintaining Vision personnel plans
Assisting in producing estimate level preliminary designs and material take-offs
Assisting in producing calculations, spreadsheets, reports, drawings, and sketches for various projects
Assisting Project Managers in resolving routine layout and detailing coordination problems
Assisting in recording and publishing meeting notes and Action Item Lists
Familiarity with standards and codes
Familiarity with developing construction/specification documents specific to their respective engineering field of study
Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Microstation or both
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
