Responsibilities

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
Develop and maintain network documentation using Confluence
Create network diagrams and architecture visuals using Visio and Draw.io
Write and maintain scripts to automate network-related tasks and processes
Assist in optimizing and improving network performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
Participate in structured training and knowledge transfer sessions
Support ongoing network modernization and operational initiatives

Required

CCNA certification (required)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.)
Hands-on scripting experience (automation-focused)
Experience with documentation and diagramming tools: Confluence
Experience with documentation and diagramming tools: Microsoft Visio
Experience with documentation and diagramming tools: Draw.io
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
