Lead design for complex institutional and public-sector projects
Present confidently to clients, boards, and stakeholders
Help win work through compelling design presentations
Guide internal design teams and elevate design culture
Work closely with senior leadership on succession planning
Qualification
Required
Registered Architect (RA) – non-negotiable
10–20+ years of architecture experience
Proven design leadership on complex projects
Strong presentation skills
Client-facing confidence
Institutional or civic portfolio
Ability to inspire teams and lead design direction
Preferred
Experience leading institutional, civic, healthcare, transportation, justice, or higher education projects
Public realm architecture experience
Experience with science and lab buildings
Healthcare architecture experience
Limited residential exposure is acceptable
