Responsibilities
Lead structured discovery sessions to identify business needs and define prioritized AI initiatives within project scope
Translate client objectives into clearly defined solution plans and deliverables prior to execution
Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prototyping and implementation phases
Analyze operational workflows to uncover automation and AI optimization opportunities
Design and recommend AI-enabled process improvements
Manage project timelines and ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations
Support client training and adoption to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions
Track progress, utilization, and deliverables within project management systems
Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in AI strategy, AI implementation, LLM-based solutions, or related technology consulting
Demonstrated project management and client delivery experience, preferably in technology or consulting environments
Strong ability to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Direct client-facing experience in AI or automation initiatives from discovery through delivery
Familiarity with modern project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms)
Background in consulting, workflow automation, or digital transformation
Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLM tools, or rapid prototyping environments
