Act as CCO SME to review and update General Reference content

Research, resolve, and document process issues

Improve existing processes in General Reference

Publish approved process documents in Front Page (General Reference)

Edit and format content for clarity and conciseness

Update 'What's New' page as needed

Maintain document archive for reference

Use Outlook, Excel, and Word to track updates

Review and update call guides for CC&B employees

Provide logical analysis and process enhancements

Partner on How-2 Guides updates

Research and respond to General Reference mailbox within 1 business day

Support and participate in safety programs

Identify and address workplace safety issues

Comply with safety policies and complete required training
