Schedule daily crew assignments
Conduct interviews for new hires
Develop new and existing customer relationships
Perform job site visits
Manage daily crews
Review and submit timesheets
Customer Liaison
Order any rental equipment as needed
Oversee maintenance of equipment
Handle safety incident reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of proven supervisory experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle all job responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality
Experience with MUTCD guidelines and set-ups
ATSSA certifications
PA DOT Required
Ability to manage work flow in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining a calm, organized, and efficient approach
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Flexible and available to manage scheduling matters outside of normal working hours, as needed
