Responsibilities

Job shadow and work alongside the employees on the functional teams
This plant level role will focus on ensuring that plant production processes deliver optimal quality food products for customers
Support oversight of quality control measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP)

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial Engineering, or any other Engineering related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization
Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. - Sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles now or in the future
Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate for this internship opportunity
Ability to prioritize and manage different projects
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Strong technical skills
