Design, develop, and support Martech, decisioning & personalization platforms
Possess strong technical background and experience with large cross-organizational software development projects
Support all initiatives impacting the MarTech, decisioning & P13N platforms
Qualification
Required
Over 15 Years of experience in the IT industry, including architecture, design, development, and testing
More than 3 Years of architecture experience in building scalable and high performing Martech and Decisioning/P13N platforms, as well as extensive experience in integrating P13N/Targeting with front end applications
Proven experience in setting and defining architectural solutions and designs aligned with target architecture, including Customer Data Platform (CDP), Analytics platforms, P13N platforms, data engineering and data movement architecture, RESTful API development, microservices development, and understanding of design impacts on performance, security, resiliency, and maintainability
Experience with build and CI/CD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to peers, developers, and senior leaders
Experience working within Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Preferred
Preferred experience with cloud technologies such as Azure
Experience with Adobe CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Orchestrator for digital / OMNI personalization
Experience with React, Next.JS, Bit, NX, Sanity.io – UI Stack
SAFe Certified/ AEM Certified
