Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration strategy from Sitecore XP (on-prem/PaaS) → XM Cloud

Design scalable, composable architectures using Experience Edge, SaaS hosting, personalization/search capabilities

Perform technical audits of XP implementations (MVC, SXA, custom modules) and define migration paths

Guide teams on headless best practices, frontend modernization, and Sitecore ecosystem integration

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration, minimal downtime, and successful go-live

Required

Active Sitecore XM Cloud Certification (Developer or Architect level)

Proven Sitecore XP → XM Cloud migration experience (2+ projects preferred)

Deep expertise in XM Cloud architecture, headless CMS, composable DXP patterns

Strong frontend integration experience (React, Next.js, JSS, Sitecore APIs)

Experience with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and SaaS deployment models

Preferred

Experience with Sitecore CDP, Personalize, Search, or other composable products

Migration accelerators/tools familiarity (SXA/Scriban → React conversions)

Workshop leadership, migration planning, and go-live strategy experience
