SAP Incentive Management / Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant

Vidorra Consulting Group is seeking an SAP Incentive Management / Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of SAP solutions. The role involves implementing and managing incentive management solutions while working independently and in teams to design comprehensive solutions based on client requirements.

Responsibilities

Deep understanding of SAP Incentive Management and Sales Performance Management solutions. Able to work independently and in teams in a fast paced and changing environment
Hands-on experience on SAP SuccessFactors Incentive management solution
Minimum 4-5 end-end cycles of implementation experience in implementing and managing Callidus Cloud Commissions/Success Factors Incentive Management
Should have experience in data model, stage hooks and XDL customization
Hands on experience of compensation plans , Clawback, Loyalty, Bonus etc, SQL Database table design and backend tables
Working with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflows, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirements
Knowledge of Life sciences domain and S/4 HANA is an desirable
SAP Commissions certification is an advantage
