Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and operate high-availability software products
Architect secure, scalable, high-performance backend systems
Build full-stack applications using Go(must have), Node.js, Java, or C#
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB and other data stores
Implement CI/CD pipelines, telemetry, canary deployments, and automated testing
Embed security best practices and compliance requirements into development
Integrate generative AI tools to enhance development and product innovation
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
Clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs
Qualification
Required
5+ years building and operating production-grade full-stack applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
5+ years of development experience in Go, Java, Node.js, or C#
3+ years working with distributed systems (microservices or serverless architectures)
3+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Experience leveraging generative AI tools in software development
Bachelor's degree + 3 years experience OR 5+ years experience in lieu of degree
Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Active TS/SCI clearance
AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate)
Master's degree
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Experience translating client requirements into scalable software solutions
