Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and enhances productivity and operational reports using Power BI
Ensures accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and financial data
Designs and maintains staffing matrices and workforce planning tools to support safe, efficient staffing within labor budgets
Updates and manages labor budget templates, processes, and forecasting models
Analyzes trends in productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance; provides actionable recommendations to leadership
Leads and facilitates educational sessions for hospital personnel on labor management principles and tools
Partners with operational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize resource utilization
Maintains professional growth through participation in continuing education and professional organizations to remain current on industry trends and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, workforce analytics, operational analysis, or related field

Preferred

Background in Industrial Engineering or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Healthcare workforce/labor management experience
