Responsibilities
Executing risk management framework through the identification and management of Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics
Developing, analyzing, reporting, and challenging metric data for Technology Infrastructure
Participating in initiatives and recommending opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness of risk identification through metrics
Collaborating with a team of cross-departmental managers
Demonstrating leadership capabilities
Chairing meetings discussing organizational data and future directions of the company
Exhibiting proficiency in many different Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
Demonstrating superior creative thinking and decision-making abilities consistently in their work
Working within a diverse, global workforce that is consumer oriented
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience
Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and/or Risk Appetite Statement (Ras) metric experience
Technology Infrastructure (e.g., Obsolescence, Vulnerability Patching, Storage Capacity, etc.)
Quality Control or Risk Appetite Self-Assessment (RCSA) Testing
Strong Excel Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication/Presentation Skills
Preferred
PowerBI/PowerApps
Bilingual in Spanish/English
