Hiring Scouts is seeking an experienced Senior iOS Swift Developer to design, develop, and support a mobile and back-office system. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

Perform application system analysis and technical research

Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and UI mockups

Design application architecture and system components

Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI

Implement and optimize SQLite databases and local data storage

Build, test, and deploy application features in iterative releases

Apply best practices for performance, security, and maintainability

Participate in design reviews and technical planning sessions

Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Assist in defining functional test scripts, business use cases, and acceptance criteria

Conduct iterative build demonstrations for stakeholders and end users

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects

Provide production support and application enhancements as needed

Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures

Deliver end-user training and onboarding support

Provide written knowledge transfer throughout the engagement and at project close

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
