Responsibilities

Apply controls experience to build a comprehensive onboarding platform reflecting real-world commissioning and operational practices
Serve as subject matter expert on control systems, SCADA, remote monitoring, and system integration for renewable energy assets
Review and validate onboarding documentation for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with company standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and continuously improve onboarding content
Ensure all materials emphasize safety, compliance, and operational excellence from a controls perspective

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related technical field
Extensive hands-on experience with plant control systems, SCADA, and system integration
Strong understanding of commissioning processes and compliance standards
Ability to translate technical controls concepts into clear, structured onboarding content
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
