Responsibilities

Implement and interpret regulatory compliance controls and cybersecurity requirements
Collect, validate, and present audit evidence (internal & external audits)
Perform QA reviews of processes, procedures, and controls
Support compliance program tools, documentation, and reporting
Collaborate with business teams to resolve risks/issues and ensure adherence
Assist in project planning, tracking, and delivery of compliance initiatives
Contribute to development of cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls

Qualification

NERC CIPRegulatory standardsCybersecurity complianceNISTISOGIAC certificationISACA certificationAudit experienceControls experienceBachelor's degreeSoft skills

Required

Bachelor's degree + 4+ years OR 8+ years experience in cybersecurity, compliance, audit, or regulatory roles
Knowledge of NERC CIP, regulatory standards, and critical infrastructure security
Familiarity with frameworks (NIST, ISO)

Preferred

IT/Security/EE degree
GIAC/ISACA/(ISC) certifications
audit & controls experience
