Responsibilities
Define and articulate a clear product requirements, vision and strategy aligned with Aon’s strategic goals and operational requirements
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies
Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements
Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products
Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon’s data protection, security, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience as an Individual Contributor, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies
Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements
Work using Agile methodologies and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products
Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aon's data protection, security, and compliance standards
Familiarity with FinTech/Insurtech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations is desirable
Experience working with Agile Methodologies and with software tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
Create Epics, Stories, features and support System/User Testing as part of Aon's SDLC process
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including in a distributed or remote setting. Proactively gaining consensus across all stakeholders
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and get results
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer Science, or an equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
