Responsibilities
Collecting and tracking I-9 documentation from employees across multiple U.S. offices
Scanning, uploading, and organizing documents into designated systems
Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
Following up with offices and/or employees on missing or incorrect information
Maintaining detailed tracking of outreach, received documents, and outstanding items
Handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care, ensuring compliance with federal I-9 requirements
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in document control or data entry
Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume tasks
Highly organized, reliable, and deadline driven
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Comfortable handling confidential employee information
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite, Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
