Responsibilities
Build Core Consumer Products
Develop and scale major features such as AI-driven job applications, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and career progression tools
Own features end-to-end across the stack—from infrastructure to polished user experiences
Drive Full-Stack Execution
Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models with a strong focus on scalability and performance
Build responsive, high-quality frontends using modern frameworks
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner closely with Product, Design, and other teams to rapidly ship impactful features
Contribute to product decisions and help translate user needs into technical solutions
Leverage AI to Increase Velocity
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools, frameworks, and workflows that improve engineering productivity and product capabilities
Help evolve our AI agent architecture and automation capabilities
Mentor & Elevate the Team
Support and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to a culture of high ownership, fast iteration, and collaborative problem-solving
Qualification
Required
5+ years full-stack experience (backend-leaning)
Startup experience (Seed–Series B)
Consumer product background
Strong cloud & scalable systems experience
Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
