Sales Operations Analyst
AccruePartners is a branded, high-growth manufacturer/distributor in the safety space, focused on delivering high-quality, safety-critical products. The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales organization by processing product samples, tracking co-op rebates, administering commissions, and optimizing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities
Support the sales organization by processing and tracking product samples for independent reps, ensuring accurate follow-through and visibility
Track, reconcile, and report on co-op rebates for buying groups, including ongoing follow-up and issue resolution
Calculate and administer commissions while producing recurring sales support reporting and analytics
Help optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrated with Microsoft Business Central, leveraging Power Automate to streamline workflows, connect data, and document SOPs/playbooks for cross-training and scalability
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years in sales support, operations, or administrative analytics role
Strong CRM experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP highly preferred
Strong Excel skills, comfortable building reporting and commission models
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; comfortable juggling daily execution with process improvement
