Software Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceTitan and other related software platforms
Assist with onboarding new franchisees, ensuring smooth setup and effective system utilization from the start
Manage and execute the Mergers and Acquisitions process for ServiceTitan tenants, ensuring seamless integration
Conduct personalized training sessions for franchisees and staff to maximize software adoption and proficiency
Stay current on new features, updates, and best practices within ServiceTitan, sharing knowledge to enhance user experience
Optimize ServiceTitan tenants for maximum functionality, aligning system configurations with business objectives
Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing software utilization and operational efficiency
Coordinate and communicate monthly updates on system implementation progress, new resources, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders
Maintain detailed support records, prioritize issues based on impact, and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience with ServiceTitan software, demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities and applications
At least 2 years of experience working within the Home Service Industry, providing practical industry insights
Technical proficiency in ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools
Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and communication is effective
Innovative thinking with a proven ability to drive technological and process improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Adaptability to rapidly changing technological landscapes and business environments
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, remote or onsite setting
Preferred
Candidates in the Denver, CO area are preferred, though the position can be performed remotely
