Imaging Service Engineer
nGenium is a reputable independent service provider seeking a talented Imaging Service Engineer with expertise in servicing advanced diagnostic imaging equipment. The role involves executing installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various imaging systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Execute installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound systems
Act as the primary onsite engineer responding to service requests related to contracts, warranties, and billable repairs
Collaborate remotely with regional service managers and technical teams to provide expert consultation and support
Accurately document all service activities, including parts orders, expenses, and time logs, ensuring thorough and timely reporting
Oversee spare parts inventory management, including efficient ordering and processing of repairable components
Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and facility-specific policies
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with CT, MRI, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound imaging systems
Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field, military training, or equivalent work experience (1+ years of relevant experience required without a degree)
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Ability to comply with customer-specific security and health requirements
Preferred
Multi-modality engineers with experience in any imaging modality are encouraged to apply
