2nd Shift A220 Flight Line Mechanic (Temp)

Airbus is a leading company in the aerospace industry, and they are seeking a Flightline Mechanic to join their Manufacturing department in Mobile, AL. The Flightline Mechanic will be responsible for performing functional test procedures, pre & post flight inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting aircraft systems to prepare built aircraft for test flight and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot malfunctions, rigs, repairs, replacement aircraft structures, components and aircraft systems of moderate difficulty
Maintain and rework Aircraft Components including but not limited to landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and ventilation
Servicing, repair cabin interior components
Prepare documentation in accordance with company procedure
Perform day to day aircraft maintenance
Experience with Refuel/Defuel, Aircraft Jack and Tow

Qualification

Required

3 years minimum aviation experience, preferably in an aviation manufacturing or MRO environment
Valid Airframe License
Must be willing to work Rotation shift schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport which allows unrestricted travel to Canada
Vocational/Technical School Credential
