Responsibilities
Support global and regional programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives
Provide direct support to the NA sales organization from a perspective of territory management, forecasting, system hygiene, program compliance, etc
Provide operational support to systems and tools
Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams
Ability to collect, organize, and present data. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected
Building reports and dashboards using Excel and Data Visualization tools
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators versus business objectives
Use data to outline common themes and trends and make business recommendations
Advising on improved data workflows and processes to improve team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of Oracle's latest product technologies, solutions, or services
Familiarity with machine learning technologies and Generative AI tools
Demonstrates good communication and project management skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer focused environment
Data analysis skills, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to run/support programs across the regions
Technically proficient to learn new tools and advise team on ways to improve
Highly self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills
Takes initiative, managing all day-to-day responsibilities and driving projects to completion without constant supervision
Strong critical thinking loves to problem solve
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about data analytics and reporting
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures
Rising senior working towards bachelor's degree
