They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and implement systems that interact with healthcare data and production clinical workflows, focusing on building production-ready components of their clinical intelligence platform.
Computer Software
Responsibilities
Backend development using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js
Frontend development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Designing and interacting with PostgreSQL databases
Implementing healthcare data integrations
Building AI-driven components, including LLM-powered logic where appropriate
Interfacing with FHIR APIs and Epic ecosystems
Translating specifications into working, production-grade systems
Qualification
Required
Strong Python fundamentals
Experience building backend systems with FastAPI or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience working with LLMs in production or near-production settings
Experience working in healthcare software environments
Familiarity with Epic ecosystems
Working knowledge of FHIR (R4), SMART on FHIR, and CDS Hooks
Understanding of HL7 fundamentals
Ability to read technical specifications and implement independently
Experience with PostgreSQL
Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Must be based in New Jersey
Remote within NJ is acceptable
