8+ years expAmerican Intelligence & Power Corporation is seeking an Owner's Representative to manage the owner's requirements for the construction and fit-out of a high-density compute facility. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure quality, schedule management, and alignment with campus objectives.

Responsibilities
Serve as the owner’s point of contact for the data center build, including MEP coordination and interface alignment with the microgrid and utility corridors
Review and track compliance to owner’s requirements, design criteria, and commissioning / acceptance standards
Monitor schedule, budget, and contractor performance; identify critical path risks and drive mitigation actions
Manage technical reviews of MEP submittals, equipment selections, and change orders, with emphasis on reliability and maintainability
Coordinate commissioning planning, integrated systems testing, and turnover documentation to support tenant readiness
Facilitate issue resolution across designers, GC, commissioning agents, and campus stakeholders; maintain clear decision logs
Support site logistics planning for long-lead equipment deliveries and constrained work windows
Provide weekly executive-ready reporting of progress, risks, and key decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience delivering mission-critical facilities, including data centers, high-reliability industrial facilities, or comparable projects
Strong knowledge of data center MEP systems (electrical distribution, UPS, generators interface, cooling, controls, fire/life safety)
Experience managing GC and design teams to owner expectations; strong command of change order evaluation and schedule controls
Familiarity with commissioning processes for mission-critical environments (integrated systems testing, reliability validation)
Strong communication skills and ability to operate across technical and commercial stakeholders
Ability to work full-time on-site in Point Pleasant, WV; occasional travel as required
