Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with other MFG team, Engineering and Quality teams to execute precise laboratory procedures, including solution formulation, plate making, microplate certification, and in-process quality control, ensuring full compliance with GLP, GDP, GMP, and regulatory standards
Document, analyze, and report experimental results, while managing laboratory equipment maintenance, performing troubleshoots, and maintaining inventory
Drive continuous process improvement through active participation in daily management meetings, leveraging lean MFG principles, and maintaining and updating work instructions
Qualification
Required
High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 0 - 2 years experience
Demonstrate excellent hands-on laboratory skills, PC application proficiency, planning, and organizational skills
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Exhibit self-initiative, the ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety while handling lab devices, equipment, and chemicals
Preferred
A strong plus for prior experience in lab automation, solution formulation, and relevant software/devices
