Spend time with users to understand their operational pain points, then build solutions

Convert deployment insights into scalable product features and processes that move the company from custom implementations to repeatable systems

Own customer rollouts from start to finish - navigate IT departments, align C-suite stakeholders, and train teams across Germany, EU, and US (expect up to 30% travel)

Partner directly with founders to shape product strategy and position yourself for leadership roles like CPO or COO
