Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities within the Data Center sector
Manage a remote sales team and drive business development efforts
Engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise clients, and construction/engineering businesses
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Data Center space
Utilize technical knowledge of HVAC infrastructure and related technologies
Qualification
Required
Technical knowledge and key relationships in either Hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise clients
Technical knowledge and key relationships in Construction / Engineering businesses that are instrumental in the design / specification & build process of Data Centers
Technical knowledge and key relationships in OEM's which could be CDU / Chiller / CCU / CRAC / Server Rack manufacturers operating in the Data Center space
Proven success in business development within one of the 3 key areas
Intimate knowledge of HVAC infrastructure within Data Centres
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
Preferred
Exposure to technologies such as liquid cooling, thermal management, or leak detection
Located in one of the following locations: Houston, TX, Raleigh, NC, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, Denver, CO, Seattle, WA, Newark, NJ, New York, NY, Detroit, MI, Portland, OR, Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA
