The role involves providing onsite support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting PC problems, and maintaining Windows Operating Systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve PC issues (hardware and software)
Support and maintain Windows Operating Systems (performance, updates, configurations)
Perform password resets, system updates, and account troubleshooting
Diagnose hardware components including hard drives, LCDs, USB devices, keyboards, mice, power adapters, and peripherals
Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and network issues
Manage and restore Windows user profiles, configure additional applications within user profiles
Install and manage wireless certificates for workstations and tablets
Support approved peripherals such as webcams, USB devices, tokens, and other accessories
Distribute customer-purchased peripherals and loaner equipment
Remediate end-user incidents related to software pushes and packaging
Perform PC imaging, deployments, and refresh projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11
Experience with PC imaging and device refresh cycles
Knowledge of wireless networking and certificate installation
Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, profile management)
Experience supporting hardware components and peripherals
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work onsite daily in Hurst, TX
Preferred
Experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments
Familiarity with device deployment tools or imaging software
Experience supporting tablets and mobile workstations
