Technology Coordinator
The Sensory Studio is a fast-growing pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy organization with a strong focus on building innovative internal systems. They are seeking a Technology Coordinator to enhance their software systems and tech infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations across all locations.

Responsibilities
Supporting the continued development and expansion of Max Studio Health (MSH)
Troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving system workflows across internal platforms
Building scalable tools that support Admin, HR, Billing, and Clinical Operations
Managing AWS deployments, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems
Maintaining clean documentation to ensure long-term sustainability of systems
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively
Supporting automation, API connectivity, and internal reporting tools
Assisting with technology planning, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term systems strategy
Ensuring all internal technology systems remain secure, functional, and reliable across centers
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in ReactJS (strongly required)
Proficiency in HTML / CSS
Strong proficiency in Python
Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL)
Experience working with AWS CLI
Strong understanding of backend architecture and cloud workflows
Understanding ALL aspects of AWS infrastructure
Strong familiarity with cloud architecture and implementation
Experience with AWS Lambda
Experience with API Gateway
Experience with S3
Experience with DynamoDB
Experience with CloudWatch
Experience with RDS (PostgreSQL)
Experience with Docker
Experience with Git / Version Control
Ability to support staff with internal technology requests and troubleshooting
Ability to provide computer, laptop, and workstation support
Ability to support printer setup, connectivity troubleshooting, and general printer maintenance support
Ability to support telephone system (including Net2Phone), call routing issues, voicemail troubleshooting, and internal messaging support
Ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi and connectivity issues, including coordination with service providers
Ability to support onboarding and offboarding technology logistics (device setup, access, accounts, permissions)
Ability to conduct equipment audits across all centers
Ability to maintain and track technology inventory across locations
Ability to ensure each center remains organized, operationally prepared, and properly equipped
Strong ownership mentality and self-direction
High energy, initiative, and problem-solving instincts
Organization, structure, and attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond efficiently to urgent needs

TailwindCSS (Highly preferred)
Healthcare operations technology experience
HIPAA-aware system design and compliance awareness
Experience with internal dashboards, admin portals, or automation tools
Experience working in scaling environments with evolving infrastructure
Strong UI/UX instincts for building staff-friendly systems
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and clinical workflow platforms
