Responsibilities
Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and networking issues
Document issues and resolutions using internal tracking tools
Monitor open tickets to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform daily tasks
Work under close supervision and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of Computer Hardware experience
1+ year of Computer Networking experience
1+ year of experience with Linux Operating Systems
Ability to meet physical requirements with reasonable accommodations, including: Lifting up to 50 lbs, Working in elevated locations
Associate degree in a related field (preferred)
0–3 years of technical support or related experience
Familiarity with commonly used IT concepts, tools, and practices
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently
Preferred
RAID configuration and management
Technical troubleshooting
Support experience (help desk or onsite)
