Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, analytical thinking, mentoring, and problem‑solving skills
Take a proactive approach to identifying issues, improvement opportunities, and system performance bottlenecks
Work with traditional infrastructure platforms, including hypervisors, SAN, and NAS technologies
Administer Windows operating systems and participate in scheduled off‑hours maintenance and on‑call rotations
Apply working knowledge of the ITIL framework for service management best practices
Provide proven experience deploying, configuring, and managing resources in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Exhibit hands-on expertise with public cloud technologies including:
IaaS (compute, networking, security, IAM, storage)
PaaS (gateway services, databases, application services)
Utilize DevOps and IaC tools such as Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Terraform for automation and infrastructure provisioning
Maintain strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost‑management best practices
Preferred: Knowledge of Linux operating systems
Preferred: Additional hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP beyond the required baseline

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years working with public cloud platforms
Preferred

Additional hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP beyond the required baseline
