Responsibilities
Lead cross-divisional projects impacting multiple business units and technology environments
Define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in partnership with sponsors and IT teams
Drive execution using established project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations while providing executive-level reporting and oversight
Oversee full testing lifecycle including UAT, regression, client, and pilot testing
Conduct business analysis, validate requirements, and review business cases, ROI, and implementation plans
Ensure regulatory compliance, governance adherence, and alignment with financial objectives
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of project management experience leading medium to large enterprise initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including business case development, ROI analysis, planning, budgeting, and issue management
Experience operating in financial services; custody operations knowledge strongly preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory and industry standards environments
Experience with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and stakeholder management capabilities
Results-oriented leader with strong ownership mentality and follow-through

Experience operating in financial services; custody operations knowledge strongly preferred
