Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional program teams within Google with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions
Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals
Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/capacity readiness and transition plans)
Motivate cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments
Experience managing NPI programs for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) hardware
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations
Experience working as an Engineer, including in manufacturing and test engineering
Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes
