Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent with closing out projects, warranty work and developing small work projects
Effectively schedule and complete work in a timely manner
Facilitate and help complete projects on new construction and also perform any warranty and service calls necessary
Facilitate completion of projects by joining the team towards the end of the project schedule
Help with final punch out including, but not limited to, hardware install, accessories install;, spackling or paint touch ups, straightening and organizing, filling nail holes, grout or caulk touch up and drywall
Qualification
Required
Must have extensive skill and experience and be able to manage and effectively complete various small projects in a timely manner
Must report to the Superintendent and be responsible for managing any Punch Out Technicians on the team if necessary
Must have basic hand tools, ALL PPE (Hard Hat, Boots, Jeans, Safety vest or shirt, Gloves) and reliable transportation to get back and fourth to work
Must have at least 2 years of Punch Out / DRY WALL experience a plus
