Responsibilities
Production Operations: Filling, assembly, packaging, and labeling products under general supervision
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 standards
Cross-Training: Willingness to be cross-trained for diverse functions, including assembly line work and general facility housekeeping
Quality Control: Inspecting products and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality output
Teamwork: Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs unassisted
Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English and perform basic math
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
