Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment involved in filling, packing, packaging, and labeling under general supervision
Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate production records and logs, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
Effectively contribute to a team environment, supporting team goals and working with minimal supervision
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while performing routine tasks and decision-making in accordance with established practices
Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as required by operational needs
Report any mechanical issues or quality concerns to supervisors or team leads
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on basic machine operation and production tasks
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate with co-workers and supervisors
Basic math skills for calculations related to production tasks
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Must be able to work flexible hours and extended shifts, including rotating shifts and overtime as needed
Must be punctual and dependable, with a commitment to regular attendance
Ability to work well within a team environment and effectively manage rotating responsibilities
