IT Change Assistant

The IT Change Assistant will support the IT Change Management process by coordinating change requests, preparing documentation, and communicating updates to stakeholders, ensuring that changes are tracked and documented properly.

Responsibilities
Enter and update change requests in the IT tracking system
Communicate change updates with key stakeholders
Assist with scheduling and preparing agendas for Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other change related meetings
Draft change related communications and other correspondence
Record and manage meeting minutes and action items
Assist with the review and audit of change records for completeness and accuracy
Help maintain change templates and procedures
Support the collection and organization of data for change reporting and reviews
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Effective organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
