Responsibilities
Drive and insure the fast adoption and deployment of Cisco Nexus products
Help customers redefine their data centers into modern, scalable, and efficient environments
Guide customers and peers through sophisticated engagements, finding fast solutions to critical road blocks
Drive innovation back into the broader engineering team to constantly improve our solutions
Qualification
Required
10 years of relevant experience with Cisco's Nexus data center products
10+ years of networking experience – design, deployment, troubleshooting, operating
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or comparable skills
Demonstrable deep dive /expert level knowledge on at least one Cisco offerings (Nexus stand-alone, Nexus Dashboard, etc.), software and automation development
Proven experience directly handling critical customer escalation
Preferred
Experienced delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customers' data center infrastructure
Experience with Cisco Data Center networking offerings (Nexus stand-alone, Nexus Dashboard, etc.), software and automation development
Proven ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of complex data center related issues
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve original technical problems
Ability to multi-task and self-start in a fast-paced collaborative environment and work independently
