Responsibilities

Manage program execution within defined constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, particularly under conditions involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors
Contribute to program-level strategic planning, engage with executive-level management, facilitate complex issue resolution, and demonstrate strong communication and team-building skills
Oversee internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors delivering systems and system enhancements aligned with specified requirements
Provide oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimation, schedule development and tracking, budget management, status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer engagement, and inter-organizational communication
Monitor and maintain progress reports across projects, ensuring consistent follow-up with stakeholders to drive execution and accountability
Escalate persistent, unresolved issues to appropriate teams or leadership to maintain project momentum
Develop and manage detailed launch plans, track defects and feedback items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure closure

Required

Proficiency in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking, along with customer interaction and implementation planning within large-scale organizations

Strong risk assessment skills and application of management principles to technology applications and business functions
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions within large-scale, multi-platform systems environments
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
