Responsibilities
Review and validate existing Job Task Analysis (JTA) documents to ensure alignment between course content, industry leadership requirements, and career outcomes
Assess and validate Coursera’s In-Demand Topic (IDT) framework for leadership titles to ensure focus on critical areas like situational coaching, emotional intelligence, and AI-driven feedback
Critically review and validate the Coursera-created Content Outline, ensuring cohesion and relevance to learning objectives
Evaluate AI-generated content, including reading materials, talking head lecture scripts, and screencasts for accuracy regarding coaching methodologies and AI implementation
Enhance course materials by adding relevant anecdotes and real-world examples (e.g., successful mentorship outcomes, navigating difficult coaching conversations, or using AI for talent gap analysis) to engage learners effectively
Review and validate content for 'add-on' modules, including career resource materials such as 'Day-in-the-Life' videos for People Leaders and AI literacy modules for HR and Management
Support the creation of slide decks and demonstration videos for any software, as needed
Capture screencast videos as needed for instructional purposes, such as demonstrating how to use AI-powered coaching platforms, sentiment analysis tools, or performance-tracking dashboards
Create datasets and role-play frameworks for practical activities and labs to ensure learners have hands-on opportunities to apply coaching and mentorship concepts
Develop formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, exams, and AI-graded hands-on assignments, ensuring alignment with Bloom’s Taxonomy
Review formative assessment items for accuracy, currency, alignment with learning objectives, and consistency with course instructional content
Develop practical scenarios
Develop hands-on learning/practice activities, as well as lab activities (if required), along with the required data set and documentation, using the appropriate templates
Contribute to the design and validation of Capstone projects that synthesize the program's learning objectives
Review demo video scripts and storyboards
Support the implementation of client and stakeholder feedback to ensure content accuracy
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Human Resources, or an MBA
Extensive experience in executive coaching, people management, or organizational development
Deep proficiency in Coaching Frameworks (GROW, CLEAR, OSCAR) and Mentorship Strategies
Strong foundation in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and behavioral psychology
Familiarity with AI for Leadership, including AI-driven performance analytics, personalized learning paths, and conversational AI for role-play
Attention to detail to produce error-free technical content regarding tax and deductions
Previous experience in training or educational roles
Experienced in writing instructional materials and online course development
Proven experience writing instructional materials and developing online course content
Ability to review and edit AI-generated leadership content for accuracy and appropriate tone
Experience with screencasting software and creating case studies for management labs
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design frameworks like 'backward design.'
Proficiency in Google Suite for collaborative document review and feedback
Preferred
Professional coaching credentials (e.g., ICF - International Coaching Federation) or SHRM-SCP are highly preferred
