Serving as a primary Human Resources (HR) point-of-contact for all company employees
Providing support for escalated HR issues with a focus on customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness
Handling complex employee inquiries
Supporting process improvements
Collaborating with HR teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of HR experience
Experience with I-9s
Experience working in HR Service Center environments
Ability to interpret policies and guidelines
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle escalated inquiries effectively
Experience supporting process improvements
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Strong customer service orientation
Preferred
Experience with HR Shared Services
Ability to investigate and resolve complex HR issues
Experience supporting new service transitions
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
Experience in a remote work environment
