Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple ABA centers within the assigned region
Ensure all sites maintain high standards of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance
Lead regional business operations, including budgeting, financial performance, forecasting, and administrative oversight
Develop and implement scalable operational processes to support organizational growth and efficiency
Drive regional expansion initiatives, including opening new sites and optimizing existing site performance
Establish and monitor KPIs for clinical, operational, and financial outcomes across the region
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, market analysis, and growth prioritization
Support and mentor site-level leaders, promoting consistent operational excellence across locations
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance service delivery, workforce optimization, and client experience
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of operational management experience, including multi-site leadership within ABA or broader behavioral health
Proven track record of leading regional operations, opening new centers, and scaling service lines
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational P&L management
Demonstrated ability to build systems, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Analytical, solutions-focused mindset with success leading organizations through growth
Preferred
BCBA certification preferred (or extensive leadership experience within behavioral health operations)
