Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the staff to ensure that the day-to-day program needs are met
Work with caseload as assigned and facilitates groups. Is an active member of the client treatment team
Assist the program coordinator in the development of program specific policies and procedures
Provide ongoing training and clinical supervision for all staff including the use of the ECR
Participate in continuing quality management activities, as assigned by supervisor
Assure that 24-hour, 7 day/week Partial Care coverage is provided to include case management, as necessary
Works to ensure that individual productivity standards are met
Assures staff compliance with monitoring agency requirements and procedures regarding documentation and billing are met
Participate in problem resolution with clients, family/significant others, and other service providers
Attend required meetings and training
Provide both administrative and clinical supervisory coverage in the absence of the program coordinator
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree
Minimum of five (5) years' experience with the SPMI population
Preferred
A License with at least 1-year supervisory experience with the SPMI population
