Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) test suites
Automate regression test cases for ITSM modules
Perform manual testing for new feature implementations
Debug and optimize existing ATF test cases
Work across ServiceNow modules including:
ITSM
Service Catalog
ITAM (IT Asset Management)
CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Employee Center
Vulnerability Response
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
Support API testing efforts (Postman experience preferred)
Maintain testing documentation and ensure QA best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of QA Automation experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF tool
Experience building and debugging ATF test suites
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes
Experience with regression and functional testing
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with API Testing using Postman
Prior experience in banking or financial services environments
Experience working in Contract-to-Hire roles
ServiceNow certification (preferred but not required)
